When you move your mouse or tap on the video player you can see a control bar at the bottom of the video.

On the right side of the control bar, you can adjust the volume or tap the diagonal arrow icon to make a video full screen on your computer.

On the left of the video control bar is a pause/play button and a Live button. You can rewind up to 15 minutes during most live videos. Press the live button to jump back to live playback.

Yes. It may take up to 24 hours before the live video is converted to video-on-demand. Check back on the page for the event and the video-on-demand will be available.

You should have received an email with your order details and a link to watch the game.

Some emails can be accidentally sent to your spam/junk folder. Please check your spam/junk folder.

Please note, you should always purchase the streaming pass on the same device you intend to watch the game with. If you want to watch the game on a different device than the one you purchased the streaming pass with you will need to log into your account on the new device.

To log into your account on a different device you must do the following:

  1. On your new device, have access to the same email used for the purchase.
  2. Use the “Magic Link” feature. It’s at the bottom of this page: https://bluecloud.tv/my-account/
  3. On your new device click the “Magic Link” email you received from step 2.
  4. You will now be logged into the site on the new device.
  5. On your new device, go to the gameday page (Link is in your purchase email) to watch the broadcast.
